Summary:

Imaging USA is the longest running photographic convention, expo, and image exhibition in the United States, drawing thousands of professionals from around the world. Dating back to 1880, when it began as the annual convention and tradeshow for Professional Photographers of America, the event is always growing and evolving. The convetion is held in a different part of the country each year and with a different theme to correspond with that city. This constant changing theme requires a website that can constantly reinvent itself and maintain it's ease of use and appeal.

Solution:

Jumpstart has been the programming behind ImagingUSA for the past 3 conventions and each year the site gets better and better just like the convention itself. Jumpstart recently overhauled the latest inception as an Expression Engine site that provides the employees to manage all of the site's content themselves to provide the latest news on the convention, instructors and classes being held during the convention.

Along with this system Jumpstart developed a mobile version of the site that provided iphone and other mobile device users an easy way to keep updated of changes and happenings during the convention. All of these changes were a big hit as ImagingUSA had one of it's highest attendance marks in many years. We are looking forward to the next incarnation of ImagingUSA and hope to continue it's growth.
