Jumpstart Lands a Client, Overseas!
Last year was all about striking up great business relationships as well as business partnerships to build our initial cliental. Well, mission accomplished! Now this year is about grabbing new business while maintaining our current clients and partners... and Kemba Johnson helped us mark a big fat check on that mission statement too!
If you recall from our article, Diamonds are a MAN’S best friend (Nov/2007), we had helped Kemba out with creating an online presence for her client BlumLux. This project was complete with storefront interactivity and a flash introduction piece. She was so pleased with our work, Kemba called on us again to assist her with a personal “passion project” of culturally themed invitations.
We implemented her vision to an online platform by creating an interactive section that guides the user through a customized invitation by using one of Kemba's own designs. She was able to showcase this collaborated tool (available online soon) at a trade show in the beginning of February, and received rave reviews for it! Again, Kemba was happy with our partnership, that she didn't think twice about calling on us, yet again!
She asked us to take part in a full design and implementation of a robustly interactive website for an international investor group. So together, we sent out a proposal to the potential client, then crossed our fingers and toes…
Today, we got the great news that we won the account and everyone is really looking forward to start. A thanks again, goes to a great business relationship—and now Jumpstart has spread its digital wings abroad—cheers!
